Plant Hope....tropical night
So...back to reality! This is the second card we did at my Brayer Class the other day. It's actually pretty much "cased" from a class sample we did a wonderful Michelle Zindorf class I took back in February, the difference being I substituted the Stampin' Up! "Plant Hope" stamp set and followed the same card layout.
One of the "perks" of teaching a brayer class is each time I taught the class I did another sample card leaving me with a few extras! That's a very good thing since my middlest son will be celebrating his 24th birthday on Tuesday, yes...Columbus Day. He was born on the actual holiday so that makes it even easier to recall such a memorable day! (the oldest was born on Father's Day and I'm a Mother's Day baby...sort of a family tradition) He's a real sweetiepie and is serving in the U.S. Army so he and his new bride now live in Oklahoma so we won't be celebrating with him in person but we will still be celebrating him. Thankfully, I had an extra sample of this nice 'beach scene" so I popped it into the mail for him. He and his wife took a honeymoon trip to Kuwai in July after the wedding so hopefully this will bring back memories for him.
