What a sweet little card....and very easy to make! We will be making this card along with several other projects shown previously at at Valentine "mini" class at my house in O'Fallon, IL this coming Friday.
The base of the card is a folded sheet of white cardstock, I ran the small piece of black cardstock thru the Chevron embossing folder to give it some texture (love those chevrons!) and used Real Red cardstock to cut out a small doily with the largest image from the Delicate Doilies Sizzlet die. The red heart is from "A Happy Heart" a short term Valentine promotion offered by Stampin' Up! in January, it is stamped in Real Red then punched out with the Full Heart punch...nothing to it! I also snitched the lacy heart image from the Hearts a Flutter stamp set which was stamped in black ink then punched out with a 1 3/4" circle before layering on the red doily background. I mounted that on the black chevron patch just a bit off kelter for interest.
At the very bottom of the card, I used one of the images from A Little Valentine (another short term Valentine promo from January 2013) to stamp I "heart" you. Cute, quick & easy...hope you like it!
