Stampin' Up! "Valentine Bundle" projects

It's never too late for a cute little valentine, am I right?  If you feel the same way then  consider joining me at my upcoming Valentine class scheduled for Friday, Feb 1st.  If you can't quite make it to O'Fallon, IL for the class, then please enjoy a sneak  preview of two of the projects my class attendees will be making.

Class attendees who preordered will leave class with their projectsAND will take home the stamps needed to re-create as many more valentines as they need....even if you didn't pre-order, there is still time to attend the class and make the projects to take home.  For more info signing up, please contact me at inkerzaway@aol.com or call me at ( 618) 531-3406

And now, on to the info for the projects!  The pencil topper above was stamped with "My Little Valentine" (one of the Valentine promo set).  I used the Labels Collection framelits to diecut the tag and a slightly larger layer of Real Red for the backing.  The skinny cello bag was included with the Valentine bundle kit. A great way to use up a pack of Valentine themed pencils I found in the Target Dollar Spot bin several years ago...found them in my stash and decided it was time to use the pencils! The perfect school "treat" for Valentine's Day...especially since homemade baked goods are no longer a "popular" option for school kids!

Here's another "treat" related Valentine...this one is a candy packet made from the "Sealed with Love" Simply Sent kit which was included in the Valentine treat bundle.  You may not realize this,  but the Simply Sent kit is still available for a few more weeks if you hadn't noticed it until now.  For the "goodie bag" I just used one of the Simply Sent kit envelopes and folded it so it opens from the short end, added some Baja Breeze seam binding and the little heart sticker to hold it shut.  The enclosed notecards from the Simply Sent kit are designed to tuck into the envelope, I stamped the tag near the pre-printed design using one of the My Little Valentine images (it says I "Heart" You) then punched it out using the large oval punch and attached it to the seam binding.  Perfect container for a small candy bar!

Hope you have enjoyed seeing some of the projectswe will be making at my Feb 1st Valentine class...please tune in next time to see the cards we'll be making at the class.    In the meantime, happy stamping!
