Monthly check in? Good News and MORE good news!

How sad, I have completely lost track of the time and didn't realize that it's been about a month since my last post! The good news is that I believe I have found a new program to apply watermarks to my photos of cards (a copyright requirement) and it's not only freeware but easy enough (according to my friend Connie) that even I can figure it out. I will be experiementing with it this week to see if she is correct and if so then I can begin sharing photos of stamped artwork once again! Hooray!!!

In the meantime, I just wanted to say hi to everyone and hope that you are staying warm and snug today. In my area, we had an actual snowfall on Sunday and more yesterday lasting into the night. Today they are predicting icy rain which will then freeze and make things interesting. For that reason, I cancelled our church card ministry scheduled for last night and we will reschedule for next Monday. We generally meet on the last Monday of each month. Due to the weather, school is cancelled and SAFB has closed except for mission essential personnel which means that my husband is home for the day working on his laptop in the family room. I guarantee that he is dressed far more comfortably than the coat and tie attire which he wore into work this morning! But at least he is being productive which is more than I can say for myself!

And here is the MORE good news! For anyone who hasn't already heard, the new Stampin' UP! catalogue has arrived. Not only is it available online via my website but I have rec'd the cases that I ordered to share with my customers. I have mailed out copies to some of my regular long distance customers as well. If you don't have one already and would like to get a copy, please contact me and I will make sure to take care of you. Stampin' UP! is offering a special starting Feb 1st whereby anyone placing an online order will receive a free catalogue while supplies last. They have 22,000 copies reserved...any guesses on how long those will be available? It will be interesting to see! In the meantime, I find myself $35.91 shy of my monthly sales goal so I have decided to offer a free catalogue for anyone placing an order of any type (online or call me) which finalizes by Jan 31st. So, if there is something you need now and you would like to earn a free catty in the process, I will be happy to give you one now. You can reach me via e-mail at inkerzaway@aol.com or call me on my business line at 618-531-3406 or go directly to my website to view the online catalogue and place your order there as well. http://www.janhoyt.stampinup.net/ If you have already purchased a catalogue from me, I will be happy to give you a credit for that amount. Jan
