Clean and Simple cards from "Simply Stampin' class at O'Fallon, IL Library
Clean and simple...so what does that mean exactly? It means a quick and easy card that is pleasing for both the new and experienced stampers as well as to the person receiving it. So, what better tool than the Sizzix Big Shot and the Elegant Lines embossing folder? The curly cue lines of the embossing folder are so cool....I love the look of it!
The sentiment is from the Level 3 Hostess Set Occasional Quotes stamped in Rich Razzleberry classic ink on white cardstock, punched out with the large circle punch (2 1/2" circle...item number 120906 for $16.95 new in the Holiday mini!) and layered onto the XL 2 3/8th inch scalloped circle punch (item 118874) punched out of Rich Razzleberry cardstock. The scallop is adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals to give it a little lift. So, a quick and easy card...clean and simple!
This was one of three quick and easy cards we did at the meetup.com group (Inkerzaway Stampin' and Scrappin' in O'Fallon, IL) at the library earlier this month. We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the O'Fallon Library. Both meetup members and guests are welcome but if you want to get the class reminders, go ahead and sign up for the meetup group so you won't miss anything. You must RSVP a day ahead of time and the class fee is $5 paid at the door for 3 cards plus envelopes. Would love to have you join us next month. Jan
