Yes, who doesn’t love chocolate? And the “Eat Chocolate” set from the Stampin’ Up! Occasions Mini really hits the spot when you have a chocolate craving…the best part is that it’s totally fat free and calorie free. Yum!
This was one of the cards we made at a workshop the other night hosted by Georgia…we had over a dozen people there and lots of chocolate in addition to the card. This one used the Eat Chocolate set…the chocolate image says “I would give up chocolate, but I’m no quitter” and it was inked up in Early Espresso then a blender pen was used to remove the ink from the top of the candy pieces and the “icing” was added with a Melon Mambo marker. The stamped image was punched out with the Decorative Label punch (one of many of my favorite Stampin’ Up! punches!) and layered onto a piece of Blushing Bride/Pretty in Pink polka dot patterned paper from the In Colors Designer Series paper pack. The Early Espresso cardstock piece was run through the Framed Tulip embossing folder (don’t you love that new folder?!) then a length of Pretty in Pink satin ribbon was wrapped around that piece and knotted before attaching it to Pretty in Pink card base. Inside was stamped another of the chocolate images from the same set which says “all you need in life is a friend with chocolate….I am that friend”.
This set will be available through the end of April while the Occasions mini is active….after that, who knows? So if you like chocolate like I like chocolate, don’t let this one get away!
